Terms for use of Atlas Research Compounds website, product catalog, and checkout services.

Atlas products are offered for qualified laboratory research use only. They are not offered for human use, veterinary use, ingestion, injection, topical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, compounding, administration, or consumption.
Checkout supports Stripe hosted card payment, Peer Pay hosted payment, and bank transfer where available. Payment submission, bank transfer selection, or payment confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. Atlas may cancel or refund an order if fulfillment, destination, documentation, inventory, compliance, payment, fraud, abuse, risk, or operational issues are identified.
Discount codes and promotional offers are discretionary and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time. First-order discounts apply to eligible product totals only and are limited to one use per customer record, email address, or shipping fingerprint. Discounts may not be stacked unless explicitly stated. Atlas may void a discount where abuse, duplicate accounts, reshipping, unsupported destinations, or other improper activity is identified. Discounts do not alter the all-sales-final-after-shipment policy.
Account creation is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Atlas may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unsupported destinations, compliance violations, security concerns, or misuse. Account order history is provided as a convenience and may not always be complete. Account ownership does not guarantee product availability or order acceptance.
An order is not accepted merely because a checkout is submitted or payment is confirmed. Atlas may decline, cancel, or refund an order before shipment where fulfillment is unsupported, unavailable, unlawful, impractical, or inconsistent with Atlas policies.
Prices, product availability, package options, shipping charges, processing fees, and catalog information may change. Atlas may correct errors, cancel affected orders, or issue refunds where pricing, product, inventory, payment, or documentation errors are identified.
Website content is catalog and educational information only. Product pages do not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, treatment claims, safety claims, efficacy claims, human-use instructions, or administration instructions.
Orders ship only to supported U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final except where Atlas determines that a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate for an Atlas fulfillment error, documented carrier issue, unsupported destination issue, or other operational issue.
Atlas makes no warranty that website content, product information, product documentation, or products are suitable for any particular research objective, method, result, outcome, or jurisdiction. Documentation is provided for research identity and quality context only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, product information, order submission, payment processing, shipping delay, purchaser misuse, or unsupported use.
