How Atlas handles certificate of analysis and product documentation requests.

Purpose of documentation
COA and related documentation are provided for research identity, quality, and documentation context. Documentation does not indicate approval for human use, veterinary use, clinical use, supplement use, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, cure, compounding, administration, or consumption.
Batch context
Documentation may be batch-specific where applicable. Documentation availability for one product, batch, package size, or source record does not guarantee documentation availability for another.
How to request documentation
Use the contact page and include the product name, package size, and order number if available. Atlas may ask for additional order or documentation context before responding.
Limitations
Documentation may not be available for every product or every batch at the time of request. Atlas may update, supplement, or decline documentation requests where records are unavailable or not applicable. COA availability does not guarantee fulfillment eligibility and is not a regulatory approval or authorization for human or veterinary use.
