Atlas may cancel or refund an order if fulfillment, destination, documentation, inventory, compliance, payment, fraud, abuse, or operational issues are identified. Payment confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment.

How Atlas handles order cancellations, payment failures, unsupported destinations, post-shipment finality, and refunds.

Atlas may cancel or refund an order if fulfillment, destination, documentation, inventory, compliance, payment, fraud, abuse, or operational issues are identified. Payment confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment.
Contact Atlas as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be available after fulfillment preparation has begun and is not available after shipment except where Atlas determines a resolution is appropriate.
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Atlas may, at its discretion, consider a refund, replacement, or other resolution only for an Atlas fulfillment error, documented carrier issue, unsupported destination issue, or other operational issue identified by Atlas.
Orders to unsupported destinations, orders lacking required acknowledgements, orders with invalid contact information, or orders inconsistent with research-use restrictions may be cancelled or refunded before shipment.
Authorized refunds are processed through the original payment pathway where possible. Payment-provider, banking, rail, and reconciliation timing may affect when funds appear.
Refunds are not based on human-use, veterinary-use, treatment, administration, outcome, efficacy, or consumption expectations. Atlas products are for qualified laboratory research use only.
