Shipping Policy

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $18. Orders ship in approximately two business days after payment confirmation, unless fulfillment, documentation, inventory, destination, payment, compliance, fraud, abuse, or operational issues require delay, cancellation, or refund.

Supported destinations

• Atlas currently ships only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
• U.S. territories are not supported, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
• APO, FPO, DPO, and international addresses are not supported.
• Orders submitted with unsupported destinations may be rejected, cancelled, or refunded.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Atlas may cancel or delay orders with incomplete, invalid, unsupported, or suspicious destination information.

Delivery timing

Shipping timing is an operational estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, payment reconciliation, documentation questions, inventory constraints, or compliance issues may affect timing.

Delay, cancellation, or refund

If Atlas cannot ship within the stated estimate because of fulfillment, documentation, inventory, destination, payment, compliance, fraud, abuse, carrier, or operational issues, Atlas may contact you, cancel the order, or refund the order as appropriate.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final except where Atlas determines that a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate for an Atlas fulfillment error, documented carrier issue, unsupported destination issue, or other operational issue.
