Privacy Policy

How Atlas collects and uses information for orders, accounts, support, security, and site operation.

Information collected

  • Contact name, email address, organization or lab name if provided, shipping address, and order notes from checkout.
  • Account registration data including email address, name, and marketing preferences when you create an account.
  • Cart contents, selected products, quantities, acknowledgements, order totals, and order status.
  • Payment status metadata returned by Stripe, Peer Pay, or bank transfer records. Atlas does not store payment account credentials.
  • Support and documentation request information that you provide.
  • Basic technical data such as browser, device, request logs, security events, cookies, local storage preferences, and analytics where enabled.

Account information

Account creation is optional. When you create an Atlas account, Clerk serves as the identity provider and authentication service. Your verified email, name, and marketing preferences are stored with Clerk and synced to Atlas's local customer records for order history linking and account management. Atlas may share your email and name with Clerk solely for providing account authentication and verification services. You can update marketing preferences, request account data access, or ask for account deletion by contacting support@atlaspeptides.store.

How information is used

  • To create, process, support, reconcile, and fulfill orders.
  • To link verified account emails to order history for account holders.
  • To send optional marketing updates when you have opted in.
  • To start selected payment checkout, record bank transfer selection, and reconcile payment events.
  • To send transactional order, receipt, support, and shipment messages.
  • To respond to support, privacy, or documentation requests.
  • To enforce destination restrictions, purchaser acknowledgements, security controls, and abuse prevention.
  • To maintain site reliability and improve site functionality.

Service providers

Atlas may use hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, shipping, fulfillment, security, and support providers as needed to operate the website and process orders. These providers may process information on Atlas's behalf for those operational purposes.

Payment information

Payment may be handled through Stripe hosted checkout, Peer Pay hosted checkout, or bank transfer where available. Atlas receives payment and order status metadata needed for reconciliation but does not store your payment account credentials.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

Atlas uses local storage for the access gate, cart, and site preferences. Atlas also uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand site usage and improve product listings, checkout, support, and documentation flows. Analytics events may include page views, product page visits, cart interactions, promo outcomes, checkout-started events, and support or COA link clicks. Atlas does not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment credentials, order notes, or raw payment details to analytics.

No sale of personal information

Atlas does not sell personal information. Atlas does not use order information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Age restriction

The website and products are not directed to persons under 21 years of age. Do not use the website or submit information if you are under 21.

Security and retention

Atlas uses reasonable technical and operational measures to protect order information. Order, payment, shipping, support, security, and compliance records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, legal, security, dispute handling, and operational purposes.

Privacy requests

You may contact support@atlaspeptides.store to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance related to information associated with an order or support request. Atlas may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted for fulfillment, accounting, compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal purposes.

State privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing activities. Atlas will handle verified requests through the support address consistent with applicable law.
